|How to claim|
In order to claim VAT exemption, you must complete a VAT Exemption declaration form.
If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or services zero-rated for VAT please read the information in this section:
Who qualifies for VAT exemption? and What products qualify for VAT exemption?
Please feel free to ring us to discuss your eligibility for VAT exemption.
It is not always be possible for a disabled person to claim in person (for example, if the person is a child or unable to write). In such cases, a parent, guardian, doctor or another responsible person can claim it for them.
You can either fill in the form below or there is an option to do so during the checkout process, but unless you do so you will be charged VAT.
At present it is not possible for us to process zero-rate VAT products and vatable products in the same basket, so any vatable products need to be ordered separately.
Please note there are penalties for making false declarations.
